What are the costs?

There is no cost to the patient if they qualify and are eligible through their insurance carrier.

Support Included?

We always send a dedicated educator to teach the patient how to use the monitor. As well, we are always available to call with any questions.

How do we setup the system?

You do not need to set up anything. We will send and installation expert to set up the monitor at your residence.

Can I cancel at anytime?

You always have the right to cancel services at anytime. The patient always has the right to refuse service.

Support Included?

The patient always has 24-hour support with the equipment and their health needs. A patient can test at anytime and will be contacted if they test outside of parameters.

Are there additional costs?

The patient will never be asked to pay for anything. As long as the service is covered by their insurance carrier, there will never be an our of pocket cost.

Who do I talk to?

The patient will always have contact with our nursing staff to establish on-going communication and trust.
